Home Based Primary Care is senior home health care services provided to Veterans in their home. The program commonly referred to as Aid & Attendance is for Veterans who need skilled services, case management and help with activities of daily living. We are members of the VetAssist Program of the Veterans Senior Home Health Care network - a private group dedicated to helping veterans get the benefits they have earned through service to our country.
